Adams & Martin Group is working with a prestigious law firm in Newport Beach seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in personal injury law and significant trial experience. This role supports complex litigation matters from inception through trial and is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Prepare and summarize depositions, medical records, and other case materials
• Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and trial binders
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses
• Manage litigation deadlines and ensure timely court filings
• Provide courtroom and trial support as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, with a focus on personal injury
• Proven trial experience required
• Strong knowledge of California civil procedure
• Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred
